Interventions immediately meet students’ needs; however, they also help teachers manage varying student needs by providing a structure and setting expectations. These structures matter to student success, and teachers who understand them can devote significant effort to implementing them.

Collective teacher efficacy has the most significant impact on student achievement than other factors, including parents’ motivation, the atmosphere at home, and their attention to determine socioeconomic status. The students do better and learn more when their teacher teams have complete confidence in improving student learning.

Teachers who take more pride in their work improve school culture as well. Student achievement increases. Teachers who pay more attention to education than compliance make classroom environments better. Since they believe their efforts will be rewarded, teachers are more likely to engage in extracurricular activities to support students. Thus, a practice has developed that promotes teaching and learning as a joyous experience rather than becoming concerned with what is lacking.
